Soap, Tooth Paste, Detergent Manufacturing

For detergent manufacturing - three kinds of plants can be supplied according to the required bulk density of product powder.

  • Detergent Powder Plant with spray drying tower: The final product detergent powder from this kind of plant will have bulk density of 0.25 to 0.35.
  • Detergent Powder Plant with agglomeration technique : mainly for producing high-density detergent powder with bulk density of 0.45 to 0.80.
  • Detergent Powder Plant with both high tower and agglomeration technique: combine the technical advantages of high tower spray and agglomeration process, capable of producing both low-density and high-density detergent powders by one plant.

Manual or fully automatic computer controlled system can be used in the above-mentioned plants, depending on customer's requirements.

The capacity of the plants is 3000 t/annum to 200000t/annum. The operation mode can be manual or computer controlled. The supply range is from renovation of existing plant to totally new plants construction. Environmental impact: zero sewage release.

For toilet soap and laundry soap manufacturing

The soap base can be produced by kettle saponification or continuous saponification of oil and fats. The liquid soap is vacuum dried and the soap noodles obtained is added with perfume, anti-oxidation agent etc. in a mixer. Then it goes through a milling and plodding system to form the toilet soap or laundry soap of different shapes and formulations. The whole plant consists of oil and fats refining unit, saponification unit, vacuum drying unit, finishing line and packaging section. Complete soap plant can be supplied as per the customer needs or only the finishing line for expansion purposes.

For toothpaste manufacturing

Different kinds of toothpastes can be produced from a similar kind of setup. The operation can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic. Capacity is from 3,000,000 tube/annum to 200,000,000 tube/annum, assuming the weight per each toothpaste tube is from 50 g to 300 g.
